In March 2024 Hugh Brunt and the LCO joined The Smile (Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner) for a world-exclusive performance at O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester to close the BBC Radio 6 Music Festival. The set – marking the first time The Smile has performed live with an orchestra – featured tracks from A Light for Attracting Attention and Wall Of Eyes, both of which were recorded with the LCO, the latter at Abbey Road Studios, produced by Sam Petts-Davies.
